NNBS without question. The Denali is rolling on a 10 year old design. The NNBS is better all around, design, materials, build quality, etc.

The good thing about a 10 year old design is that the bugs have been worked out and they're less problematic. First year models always have the most issues in every aspect of the vehicle, fit, finish, mechanicals if they've been updated, electronics, squeaks, rattles, vibrations, leaks, wind noises, etc...they start out as TSB's and end up as production changes. (as an example, my 99 has been a basket case under warranty lol...I would have waited until 01 if I didn't need a vehicle right away at the time). Plus, I personally like Denali's.
