$1700 to rebuild a 60E!!!

Said he's cut me a break & do it 3nd (same guy did #1 & 2) for $1700. I never could afford to justify it for that guy again, basically). I wanna say a better convertor was $400. Yes, I know they're LT1 not LS style 60E's, but u get the point.

More food for thought. As for stock $550, not sayin he doesn't do a nice unit, but u want more power, so what happens when this occurs? --> I've had my Radix on < 2 mos. I want more power. If I never did the Levl 7, not sayin u need a L7, but had a marginal trans on stock boost, it'd be ...

On the 80E, it's your choice but if u really want 80E, once u find a worthy place to do it for ya if ya want, it boils down to this. Pay / find swap parts, tune & trans, If ya want a built 80E, after payin for what I just said & core, take FLT for instance, a built 60E in it's best form is about = to a built 80E from them, pricewise. Or ... $3K = $3K. Basically.
