Thanks, the one I'm looking at has 112k on it, seems to be clean on the inside, needs a hood painted. I drove it and it shifts pretty firm so I think it may have a tune on it....I wasnt happy to see a clutch fan though.

All Stock TBSS's have Aluminum LS2 with a 4L70E tranny. Now there are conversion kits for the 80e to be used. Just have to ask around. Get a hold of Greg at Phoenix transmissions, he can set you straight.

Depending on what your going to do with that LS2, there's a lot of things you need to take caution to.
The oil pan and rod bolts are biggest problem for the engine.
The tranny is pretty much maxed out with 400 hp coming at it. That's about all a oem 4L65-70E is good for. Anything above stock power and kiss it good-bye!
An agressive tune alone can cripple that tranny.
