Love the new truck!!!!
Took it to the track yesterday with the Vector HSRK, tuning(mainly TM delete), and a "custom" COLD air intake. 1st pass stalled it up to 1500- got a 2.03 60' 13.24@106. Let the wife make a pass. Told her to stall it to 2000. She ran a 13.015@106 w/1.97 60'. I made another run ran a 13.15 w/2.0 60. Got ragged on by a bunch for the wife's better driving . Got 1 more run and got a 12.997 w/a 1.92 60' .
It was sooo much fun getting laughed at by a guy in a LS1 TA for running it till I lined up with him on the 1st run. He beat me by about a foot. I hadn't even gotten out of the truck b4 he was like WTF! Alot of ppl laughing till they saw it run.

 

that custom cold air must have been your own atmosphere being pushed into the intake

please tell me you are running more than just that... or the track you run at is waaay short? you would need a -100000DA' to run that truck to a 12.9x with those mods... the HSRK does nothing, and TM delete is no more than a .1 gain...

What track did you go to, BMP for runday sunday? I almost went yesterday too.

 

RundaySunday. shoulda went Speedy. Am planning on going back Dec. 17th towing my SS w/it and running them both. The intake should be good for about 100 hp.

Damn, u only have those mods? tune,intake,hsrk.What was the DA??? Sorry if i say this but it sounds like bs with only those 3 things.Can u explain more?

 

There was a -DA yesterday morning at BMP. I don't thank he would lie about his times. BMP is a good hooking track.

 

I think it had alot to do with that 100 hp intake
