Ok...

How about the new 4 and 6 inch lifts from Rough Country. They are called " EX " and don't require any cutting, drilling, or welding. Hopefully someone out there knows more about them than what is on the website. Maybe a vendor??

Looks like a good kit. But If your going to do a lift i would say stay away from the blocks in the rear. I had blocks in the back of mine and i had a lot of wheel hop when my truck was stock. Add a leafs arent bad but full leafs are the way to go. When you have blocks the stock leafs will flex down around the block and you will lose your rear ride height. IE the back will sag. Those are the only down falls that i found with blocks. I guess im sold on skyjackers lifts. I havent had any problems with mine and they are cheaper than the rough county EX. Check skyjacker.com out. They have many different options when it comes to there lifts. You can get them with block, add a leafs or full leaf springs in the back. All lifts are about the same in the front as far as installation. Some require cutting some dont. Other move the lower a-arm down other move the upper a-arm. Hope this helps. If you have any questions pm me and i will help you the best i can.

Yeah, I also like the new EX by rough country....they have it in 4 and 6 inch lifts. The only thing that was brought up to me here at the site is that they use blocks to lift the rear. I guess I need to get in contact with someone from RC and see if they offer leafs or something else other than blocks for the rear.

i think mass produced kits all suck, go with a company like full throttle or 3rd coast.

skyjacker and superlift are manufactured by the same company here in west monroe louisiana. my freind has a superlift on his 00' chevy and has alignment issues but that was with the old style superlift kit not the new f.i.t system. my other buddy has fabtech and its a great kit all around and he has full leafs which i highly reccomend also.but i really like the cognito lift as well as the skyjacker.

If your gonna go with a main streem company i go with Procomp. I had them a 2 other trucks, theyand rode great and the customer service is really good too. Also how much of a lift do you want? 6 inch or bigger?
