What kind of lift does it have?

What lift do you think is on this truck. It has 265/75/16 tires, I think. Also, how much does it worth. It's 2000 with 4.8L 4x4 Z71. 102K mileage.

i bought my 99 last june for 13,500 with 114k on it. 5.3 fully loaded LT ever option available, z71 EVERYTHING. It was also a very clean black truck with the dark charcoal leather interior and I could tell it had never been offroad.
I would expect to pay that or a little less for th one you are looking at. The area I live is pretty high when it comes to vehicle prices. 15k for a 4.8 rcsb is too much IMO, unless that is OTD. remember you still have tax and lisence to pay for.
and if you can look at the truck, see how the rear suspension looks, you'll be able to tell. stock it has a 2'' block in the rear. also, see if there are any drop brackets in the front and look at the bumpstops. They should touch the control arm if its stock, if they arent touching then the t-bars were cranked. One more thing, take a tape measure with you and measure from the ground to the center of the wheel well and see what it is. I think stock it like 36 or 37 inches in the rear
a lift doesnt raise the value of the truck, especially not a cheap little lift like 2'', a 6'' or 8'', ya you may be able to get more out of it. and I doubt the wheels are worth much, mabye $500 new, so he cant try and get more out of it that way.
Offer 12,500 and if he dont take it let him sit on it a while, then call him back and see if he wil accept it, if he doesnt, offer him 13
