Default Tow haul mode freaking out

I pull a wake boat that over 7000 pounds.

Last couple trips my Denali with 6.2 will drop two gears and red line with no warning. This is on flat ground going around 45-50 mph.

Today I pull out on the main road about a mile from my house. I notice it's running at about 3200 RPMs and not up shifting that last time down to about 2200 RPMs. Next thing I know it drops two gears and red lines. So I take it out of two haul mode and it's fine. So I put back in TH and it does the same thing. So I drive to the lake in M and it shifts fine, it was about 15 mins to the lake.

We go out all day and I load the boat up to come home. This time I put in TH and head home down the highway at 75 mph and it's fine. Then I get off the highway close to the house on some back country roads and it does it again.

Anybody have any idea's

Could it be a speed sensor or something. I pulled the boat almost all year last year with no problems and this year from March to August almost twice a week with no problems same tune and nothing else do to the truck.

120,000 miles

And I'll check it at lunch but I didn't check it because it drives and shift fine in all the other modes. I even drives fine in TH mode with out a trailer behind it.

Once you load the trailer up and put it in TH mode it freaks out.

Is there a fuse I can pull to reset the trans adapting. On my wife's SRT8 that is an option.

Looks and smells fine but I was way off on the mileage. I'm up to 144K now.

Just to see what it would do I drove in TH mode during my lunch break and it seemed to change like it would normally in TH mode. So I'm guess it only happens when there is a heavy load on the truck.
