well th link isnt working for me but Im pretty sure there just super overpriced keys for the torsion bars, if your going that way, just drop by your ford dealer get some ford torsion bar keys for 50 bucks and you'll get the same results

Yeah, those blocks are useless for your truck...you already have 2" blocks from the factory. Go to the Ford dealer, get the keys for a '97-'03 F-150 for $50. Then get either a 3" or 4" block or an AAL (add-a-leaf) for the rear if it needs it and you'll be set.

Funny thing is that is says it works for the SUV's which have coils in the rear so blocks would be useless. I concur with everybody else; get some Ford keys for $50 from the dealer and an AAL for the rear. If you wanted to go all out you can replace the stock torsion bars with the 1 ton GK bars; that'd give you about an inch or so and won't sag like the half ton bars will.

Thats all I did, plus got shock extension brackets. Crank the factory keys, if you install reindexed keys you will most likely need longer front shocks or extended brackets. Plus you might be at bad angles for everything else. Bring the front up first, then decide if you want to lift the back. If you don't want to change the ride quality out back get Offroad Design's 1" zero rate AAls. They are pretty much a one inch block that bolts into the leaf pack.
