Default t56 awd with np149 help

Hey there, new member and looking for any info I can find on this!

I am looking on using a t56 or tr6060 in a high hp awd build I'm doing. Because this isn't done much, I have had trouble finding solid info.

I plan on using an nv149 transfer case mated to a manual trans. I know that I can put together a t56 with an ssr shaft giving me a 32 spline output, but I am not sure at what spline input the nv149 is, and if it is not 32 spline, is it possible to somehow swap parts to make it a 32 spline input.

Any input or ideas would be great. Different transfer case ideas are welcome as well. The reason I chose the 149 for now is the fact that it is known to hold 1200+hp easily and its viscous coupling has nice torque distribution between front and rear.

Thanks!

I dont think there was ever an AWD car with a T56.

You'll need some custom parts to mate a transfer case to the transmission.

As far as the output shaft mating to the 149, you'll need an input shaft to be custom machined like the SSS and Sierra Denali guys to when they go to an 80e.

Ive read about a guy making a corvette rear of the trans for the transaxle into an adpater for a transfer case or you just buy a rockland standard gear tranzilla all setup for whatever transfer case you want
