I have a 2005 chevy avalanche 4x4 that i tow my boat with quite often and i am real displeased with how this thing tows. The hog has NO down low torque. I also have 33 inch mud tires which i know doesnt help. I am thinkng of supercharging and would like to start with some of the supporting mods, such as rear end upgrade with gears and a 4l80e swap. Was wondering what kind of donor vehicle I should be hunting for to get a used 14 bolt 5 link suspension rear end with 6 lug axles. Any input would be greatly appreciated!!
