So my reduced power light came on. The code was the Throttle Body, so I replaced it, which was pretty easy. I then restarted the car and the problem still existed. I looked on the internet and saw the relearn procedure and tried everyone I came across.

Is it possible to get these codes off without a Scan tool or is it going to need to go to the shop to get this working properly? Ugh... Need some fast help.

I tried battery disconnect, I tried pulling the PCM fuses. I tried all that together..

The idle seems fine, just won't leave the Reduced Power Mode....

Suggestions?
