Are the Nitto 420s tires, all season tires?

i'm considering a used set, on 22's, but i'm planning on running my wheels year round so.... i need all weather traction.

any input?

I have a set of 420s, they have big grooves cut into the tread. I think you would be fine driving in any weather with them. I plan on keeping mine on year round.
