Ford keys....which one's do i ask for? Year, make, etc. How much do they run?
get a tape measure and measure the height of your back fender to the center. then do the same with the front and see how much your off. you should be able to get it level with the stock keys. each full turn of the tbar key bolt is about 1/8 of an inch.

No it won't cause any more wear cranking the stock keys, i just did mine. The ford keys will let you crank even more but will give you some wicked CV angles. I pinned the stock keys and got it to level out with the back. I think the ford keys would give a little more lift but an even stiffer ride. my ride still feels good.

You will have to get your front end aligned after you crank the stock keys. It made my truck ride rougher. The ford keys are out of either an expedition or f140 from 04 I believe. I may be wrong on the year, but I'm sure someone will correct me if im wrong. They are around $100 for the keys if I remember right. You will need a special tool for it too, do not use a c clamp. The tool is under a couple hundred bucks.

Here is a pic of my truck cranked. Didn't look terrible but I wish I wouldn't have done it.

I don't seem to have any pics of my old 06 Z71. But I cranked the torsion bars on the front. I didn't go terribly high with it, probably about 1"-1.5", made a world of difference on the looks. Rode a little bit rougher, mainly over parking lot speedbumps and such, but I rode it like that from almost brand new to about 76K miles when I traded it in, with no front end wear at all, just don't crank them to max out and you should be fine.
