GM 1/2 ton to 3/4 CV axle adapters
For anyone with a 99+ lifted 1/2 ton Chevy/GMC, this is a must. I broke my 3rd front CV axle today and ordered this adapters.

ok so the 3/4 ton c/v's will fit the same spline as the 1/2 ton hubs? so swapping in the bigger diff on a 1/2 ton wouldnt require new hibs or spindles?very interesting.
this gives me an idea.

Thats what it says on fullsizechevy.com.... Talked with the guy who makes the adapters and says there hasnt been any problems... read the thread and he answers any question.
I have broke 3 CVs so far... mainly due to the steep angle of the axles. 1/2 ton axles are not happy with angles.... Part of the is caused by the fact the ProComp only dropped the front diff 3" on a 6" lift, unlike other lifts, such as Superlift, who drop it 4". I will see how the 3/4 ton axles look, but may rig up a way to drop my diff another inch or so to help.... This is getting expensive.
