Default Gearing questions

I have a 2000 2500 4x4 with a moderately built 6.0 putting almost 350 to the tires. It currently has 3.73's and I am running 31.5 tires. I have a set of 4.11s for the front and am thinking about grabbing a set for the back soon. Should I be going to 4.56's? I don't want to kill my mileage as this is my daily driver/work truck. Also, what is a fair price to have gears installed front and rear?

Isnt that a stock size tire? Do you plan on going bigger? I got mine 4.56 gears installed for 450.00 and broke them in right and its been great. I swapped mine out when I went to a 35x12.50

Stock this damn thing had 245's. Got rid of them asap. Wouldn't mind going to a 285, but im not sure what gear ratio to pair it with? Anyone make 4.33's for the 3/4 ton axles?
