Default drive line issues HELP!

i played hard this weekend and then driving down the road the wheels locked up in 2wd. towed it home and in 4 low the truck will fine. in 4 hi or 2wd, it locks up at 10mph. jacked up rear wheels off the ground, the transfer case tries to move the front drive shaft. and ideas? transfer case or transmission issue?
