dont even think about doin a body lift man. they look like *** since their is a big *** gap between the bed and frame rails. do all suspension lift, it functions and looks better. thats just my opinion.

body lifts arent so bad, if u have common sense and some skills u can make some gap gaurds out of rubber, or we use black diamondplate, and u can even tell, except the front bumper with teh valance cut, i wouldnt relocate the rear bumper due to strength/safety. i would love to get a suspension lift if i could afford one, cause they are way batter than a body lift..if u can afford one.

I'm new to this forum and don't mean to start anything but I have one and love it.

The pics you requested, sorry they are of an AV not a Silverado:

Default My big blue

My dad and I cut some metal pipes that we bought at a hardware store and put it on the truck after stretching the bolts to give it about a 2 and 2/3 in body lift.

there are a lot better ways than this , just go buy a body lift , there cheap , dont use pipes!! and how in the hell do you stretch bolts? seriously why do a hillbilly rig on a 15,000 $ truck? ,
