Default 99 OBS Tahoe with NBS 2" Blocks

i have an OBS Tahoe and have the rear lift blocks from my 04. can i put the blocks on the Tahoe even though it has the rear sway bar. i will have to get new u bolts because the leaf packs on the obs are bigger but mainly wanted to make sure it wouldn't mess with the rear sway bar
