You can fit them with the stock steelies for sure. But I would go with a 315. They are like a 34.5 instead of a true 35. And I didnt like my stock steels either so I sanded them and put a couple coats of flat black krlon outdoor paint on them with like five coats of semi gloss clear coat and they looked alot better.

i forgot all about this thread lol, the other day we put my buddys rims which are identical to mine on my truck with his bfg km2's, they fit but rubbed a tad bit, if i wanted to run 35s id have to go with a 1.5 body to get the right clearance, n the trucks an 01 silvy, damn man thats impressive 3in n 35s on the new body style? just like ya said i always thought the wells were smaller but im sure it looks good man. n id go with 315s but im on a 15in rim, n i did the same with my old stockers, sprayed em with krylon n they looked pretty good, my eagle alloys are black now (ones in profile pic), krylon is great stuff, i use it on almost everything, as long as its prepped right itll take one hell of a beating, my old 90 was rattlecanned with it and it turned out pretty damn good lol
