Ya ovalized.. I also built a dry sump oiling system for it.

Here's the cold side from top kind of a tight fit... 4" pipe I ended up modifying core support a bit and stood rad up slightly and remade this pipe and the bov is under headlight.

I found a place that you can get ovalized in aluminized it's not too bad priced. There's nothin cheap on this setup lol. Kinda went ***** deep on it lol.

Nice work. I bought a Miller Diversion 180 last week and should show up today. Can't wait to start welding with it tonight.

Thanks the front clip fenders are glass and front is custom modified front bumper cover and is fitted to the intercooler. Car is goin to dyno next Friday in Oklahoma and is goin to TX2k. Guess we will see how the dry sump oiling system works out on the turbo It's pretty elaborate way over thought lol. It may make it into gm high tech, but not set in stone it will be the first car I've built in a magazine if it does.

Sweet ya there a nice beginner machine. IMO if your gonna do a lot of aluminum a machine with pulse would be nicer. I currently pulse it manually with the pedal.
