Heavy Duty Pneumatic Brake/Clutch Bleeder
Well after years of working with nice shop tools, I figured I would make a nice home made brake/clutch bleeder
Ordered a Industrial Pneumatic Oil Dispenser from Northern tool, then attached a IR reg... to control the pressure this way I don't have to adjust my main compressor reg..., we used about 2bar for most brake systems. Got the brake bleed adaptor from power probe the BA04 model for GM vehicles (NBS & NNBS) and got the correct fitting quick connect from Fastenal (it’s not a typical fitting)
total cost about $200.00 with everything, assuming you already have a compressor, power probe wants about $1,400.00 for their electric pump version. Let me know if you have any questions.
I am gonna give this try tomorrow when I install my SS brake lines. (Update, works great about 10 minutes to completely bleed the entire system) minus having a Tech II.
Here it is on the truck
Close up!
Works great!
