Bleeding Brakes yourself ?s.
#1
Thinking of buying a Motive setup, but I really don't want to spend $75.00 bucks, $50.00 wouldn't be so bad. Does anyone know of a similar setup for less? Or making my own?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I made my own out of a 1gal sprayer, new brake reservoir cap, a couple 1/4" brass fittings, a couple fender washers, black rtv, some 5/16" vinyl hose and an old pressure gauge I had laying around. I think it ended up costing around $40 for the parts.

Another vote for speed bleeders. Have them on my 95 and my dads f150. I just run clear hose to a bucket/jar to catch the old fluid. Easy to see air bubbles and when you've flushed the system.
