Chain Binder Question

Default Chain Binder Question

So a buddy of mine has these lever style chain binders with 3 hooks on them. It enables him to really tighten down a load. I can't find them anywhere. He calls them "walking binders". Any help finding these?

Yeah, it looks pretty handy. I couldn't find them for sale anywhere either.
