OK, Midland/Odessa Peoples!! Need some help. Would someone mind driving by the Baymont Inn & Suites @ 10000 Airport Road and taking a look at it. It used to be Best Western Airport Plaza Inn. Need to make sure parking lot is big enough for all of us, how close it is to the track, and the city of Midland, and in general, that it's in decent shape. I don't wanna get us a hotel and everyone ends up hating it. Lemme know if someone can swing by there, or if you have visited there before.

This is true....Checked out the Super 8 Online. Regular rates are less expensive than Baymont, but they do not offer group discounts. At $87.99 (Baymont Inn advertised rates)
...with a 15% discount for 5-9 rooms it's 74.99
...with a 20% disocunt for 10+ rooms it's 70.99
It would be about the same price to stay at the NEW Super 8. What do you all think???

I live in Midland! count me in on the meet, I'll check on this motel... but yea nothing is far from the track. Some of the better motels are located on the west end of loop 250 and run about 90-110/night but are a lot nicer and newer; I just checked on one for my parents about a month ago.

Alrighty guys!!! I'm back. 
Been super busy with the motor swap lately and we are just flat out swamped here at the shop. I haven't had a chance to get anything going with this meet, but I am hoping we can decide on a hotel.
What does everyone think about the Super 8??
As for the track, looks like we may only get a $5-$10 discount. He wasn't too interested in working us a huge break, but hey, a discount is a discount.
Let's get this idea back on track and get some stuff set in stone!
