No flag can fly higher then the american flag

 

we still have it in our constitution, that if we the people of texas feel like it, we can break away from the united states and go back to the republic of texas. so if "the elect" causes "us" grief, we can take our ball and go play somewere else.


please correct me if I am wrong.

 

I stand corrected, it can fly at the same level as the American flag, but not higher.

I do believe you are correct, I took Texas history in 7th grade which has been a few years ago now but I think thats what our constitution says.
