you are probably going to need 2 breakover bars, one to stick through the pulley to hold it and another to break the bolt loose (or a good strong cheater pipe)

all it took was one... im a big dude and im used to breaking loose allen bolts that are torqued to 600 ft/lbs. i need to go find dome m16 all thread(maybe tractor supply will have some) and i need to make a crank pulley tool to press it back on.

cam is in the truck and it runs fine. just have to get the crank back in and it'll all be gravy from there on out.

just buy a longer crank pulley to reinstall crank pulley, good luck, oh yeah did you change out the springs and rods as well?

Just a word for warning, luckys speed royaly effed up my friends tune on his Camaro AND fried his brand new ls7 clutch on a "test drive" after tuning. Your best bet is to use a vendor from the site, such as Wheatley. Just my advice.

Wheatley can send you a logging cable if you want to log the truck for the tune but for basic bolt ons and a cam swap im sure he could just do a mail order and get it done. Terrance sounds familiar, ill ask at work if anyone knows of him.

Yeah I've never done a cam swap myself, but I have a cam and a converter with some e-fans waiting for me at the house for when I get back from afghan. I figure I'll come on here and all my peeps will assist me to a smoove and gracious victory with the SS
