haha here in miss, the houses are cheap. I got a my first house that was built in 2001 1675 sq. ft. 2 car garage on a half acre lot with a large utility room, wood floor in the front entrance and carpet except the tile in the kitchen and the bathrooms with tile counters and only paid 155 for it. Only thing it didn't have that i wanted was a shop with a lift but i figured it was my first house why push it right now, but my next one will have that ha!
