Default Looking for a good local tuner.

I am in the process of building out my 408 stroker with a whipple side mount and several other mods.

The next phase of my project will be tuning and I wanted to reach out to you guys in Texas (specifically DFW area) to find out if there is anyone out there that is willing to help me tune.

I own EFILive and so I would not like to just have someone do it for me, but I would like to learn from a professional tuner and basically do the work myself. If there is anyone out there that would have a free weekend to enjoy a badass truck and maybe get a few dollars in return for their time, let me know!!

If you find someone to help you and show you please send me a PM, the go to guys in DFW use HP Tuners and won't teach/show you. In my case I work with Rhino79 (member here) we have been tuning via email using EFI-Live and is a very good tuner in deed. Good luck with the find!

I know a guy that can tune it for you using efi live. Not sure you are going to find someone that will show you how, its not that simple. pm me if interested.

The other guys mentioned will also do a good job, but they use hp tuners. You can also check out Sean at Truestreet in Mckinney, but again he uses hp tuners also.

I will also say that I have been reading a lot here at PT and have tuned the truck when it just had upgraded injectors and the whipple on a stock 6.0, but now that I am going to have the 408 I will just need a little extra guidance on some of the things to change.

I guess the other option is to just see if I can get help through the trusty guys on PT!
