Default Looking for a 68-up rcsb project truck

My dad and I are looking for a single cab short bed project. We're looking for anything 1968 and newer. The price range is up to $5000 or so(we don't want something too finished).

It must be a single cab short bed and it needs to be driveable at this point(we don't have a trailer).

We're looking to buy one within the week so the sooner the better.

Um, for $1k more you can have 1badc10's truck, already damn near done and you can go nuts with the details. If I had room in my fleet, that thing would be at my house already.

Good luck either way, but I'd be damned if I was looking for a RCSB truck and passed that one up.

My cousin has or had a pickup for sale that drives. Didn't want much for it but i think it was a little older than 68.

Yea we're not looking for a truck that's already done and he raised his asking price $2000. It's supposed to be a learning process more than anything. My dad has never worked on cars much more than simple maintenance.

A 71 or 72 year model chevy truck looks SOOOO kickass. I've seen them in the autotrader magazine with straight sixes for 2500 all day long. It gives you a solid platform to go nuts with.

PM white1... he (or someone he knows) may have something you might be interested in.

BTW... mine isn't completely finished, but I understand what you're looking for. Good luck!
