Default hey my truck has a stall in it !! lmfao hahaha

those that know i have or had a 4k triple disc from PI, well i could never foot brake the damn thing over 1800,muchless 2k at the tree, and always wonder why my 60fts were horrible, well i decided to give chris at circle-d an opertunity to rework the converter and make it a 44-4600, well i brought it to him wednesday afternoon, he calls me 3:30 thursday and tells me its ready, i was like wtf you serious he says yes i say i'm on my way, so between the wife the son the sis-n-law and other things i had to do plus the rain i got it installed, didnt get to drive it but brake stalling it only once i can honestly say i now have a stall brake stalled to 3200, and thats lightly.

we'll test her out come this sunday at pinevalley raceway park since our local track ( evadale is closed tomorrow

hoping this will get me closer to the 11 flat run i am going after but i will be satisfied with a 11.2 - 11.3 pass.

anyway just wanna say thanks to Circle-D aka Chris for the best and fast turn around on my stall!!!

Where is peak TQ at with your setup? I hope it wasnt stalled up too high to where it flashes past peak TQ.

stalled up to high? you mean before? before i tried stalling up notice 60's were worse so i then went off idle got better, then i went to like 1k-1300 and the truck stayed around 1.63- 1.65 60 fts.

peak power is around 6800

Your stall speed should be right before peak TQ to get you out of the hole the best. TQ is what gets you going, if your stall flashes to 5K and your peak TQ is at 4200 then your truck will 60' slower than if your stall flashed to 4K. Thats why I was asking where peak TQ was with your setup and interested in where it flashes to when you launch.

Good deal man. You should be in the 11.2-11.3 range now. FWIW my trucks never hooked by stalling it up, I always leave at ~1200.
