yep the good old days.. I used to hit kennedale like 3x a week.
I'm spraying a 100 on a prgressive controller.
Guessing you taking about Sam, in the Mineral Gray 05 RC?
He's the one that went 7.79 on motor, stock short block with cam
Long story short he had a new baby. went back to stock but recently has started building back up with an Inertia Motorsports 400 CI 5.7 based short block.
Still needs tuning and such, and still only has stock heads on it right now but I'm thinking it will be running down the track before too long. Expecting it to be pretty quick too

No I'm on a zex wet nozzle. I've got a plate but I only tried it few times then concluded the wet fogger was better for what I was trying to do at the time.
This whole nitrous deal started with me trying to dial 8.30 all year round. I run in the Texas Muscle Car Club Challenge series and the class I was running was 8.28-8.92 13-14 in the 1/4. that was a lot of fairly light progressive shots on like 75 hp
The plate seemd have much more progressive surge and more a tendency to bog on such a light shot.
Probably should swap the plate back on and try it again.
At one point I was going to do a 2nd stage and uss it but the plate and that whole new kit has been collecting dust for about 9 months.

yeah, I cant get into the bracket race deal. All I want to do is see if I can get faster with every mod, and hang out and BS. I love the way a plate kit hits, but as I know all to well, it tears **** up! lol I have to go back thru my rear end now. I have some strange noises, sounds like pinion bearings are pitting.
