Looking for 2 guys in trucks....

First guy has a 2000ish body style dropped white gmc/chevy swbsc stepside with a sticker on the middle back of the window...

Second is a black swbsc 2000ish body style dropped.

Both have at least exhaust and who knows what else. I wanna setup a friendly run with these two

Anyone know either of these two ?
