Theres a pretty busy railroad track behind my house. I dont even notice a train anymore except for when I'm outside. As far as resell goes, I've sold a couple houses in my subdivision and the train never seems to be an issue. Im sure there are some people that refuse to live near a train track but there are also plenty of people that dont mind.
