I just now saw this had a few recent responses.

I put the entire truck up for sale in the classifieds section. At this point, I don't have the time or interest to part out individual stuff. The truck runs and drives excellent and I've been daily driving it for the past 2 weeks, but the exterior looks like crap. I'm basically selling it for the aftermarket parts.
