XM Radio Installation in 2002 Denali Truck, Help!
#1
The Vehicle this is going on is a 2002 Sierra Denali with a remote 6 Disk CD changer.
Here are some pictures I took.
1)How would I go by installing this system. I have an Onstar system that I was going to use as my antennae instead of the small pod one that comes with the kit.
2)Also The Radio has two options only one for Tape, and the other for AUX(CD player) How will XM Radio Feed into the system?
Please Help!
Thanks
Travis

1) i would just use the antenna that it comes with, run it either through the 3rd brake light or down the windshield rubber and through the fire wall and be done with it....
2)more than likely if there is not a plug that will go from the xm radio to the back of your stock radio it will be transmitted through your fm radio.....
the plugs in the pic look like honda harnesses so you wont be able to use them in this aplication....on the side of the black box there is a rca plug in that would suggest to me that you could run it direct to an AFTERMARKET radio that has aux rca inputs but will not be able to hook it up that way to your factory stereo....
