Default x-cab windows

Im not sure where to ask this...I guess I will start here...

Is there a kit or something that will allow me to "roll down" my X-cab windows. Kinda like rolling down the front windows.

I have electric windows and would like to be able to get a 4 button window control for the drivers side door and use that to roll down the x-cab windows.

dont the x-cab windows have a slight curvature to them? that would be the tricky part. Not totally sure if they do or not, I never really sit and stare at mine and figure out if they are flat or what lol.

I looked at mine for a few min's....

What I noticed most about them that is different from the front door windows...
They dont countersink at the bottom. Second, the rear door speaker would be in the way....but thats really not a big trade off if you ask me.

Ive been thinking of going and getting an x-cab door just to play with...

There isnt much that a welder can fix, but I would like to be able to do very little welding or anything of the sort to my baby....

Im sure the window guides/ felt/ plastic parts can be found or made fairly easy.... its that small 1/4 (?) inch metal piece at the bottom of the door/ window that concerns me.

The window >might< be able to be reused...but i dont find that a real big deal, since most glass places can make one to fit if needed. The window does follow the same curve as the front windows, but they may need to be widend enough to go past the guides.

Kinda looking pretty crappy right now....lol

yah, def. a lot of stuff involved. i wanted to for a while as well until i thought of the whole non-countersunk part. next best thing i can think of that i would like to do would be to make the rear windows removable which would take much less work. some way to d/c the back lever and some sort of removeable hinge.

Ever heard of a Breezer?

Here ya go.... http://www.btgmotoring.com/Merchant2..._Code=BRND_BZR

The only thing I dont like about them is that they dont have one with a defroster.
Another add-on that I would like to see is an electric version.

I would have already gotten one if they had a defroster for one
