build the box as the center console with the sub firing back and port firing tword the dash, works like a charm.

Also, I see you are from jonesboro, I spent the first 18 years of my life in Fort Smith for the most part.

Center console box should work good. Oh, and I have a 12" MTX for sale.

I did this and it worked out pretty nice, pretty stealth and I could still keep my seat back. I'm 6'2 and I was comfortable in it, and I like to leeeaannnn back.

a center console with a good quality woofer would rock. i would of done it but i decided on doing 8" subs behind the seats.... and i got some confidence they will shake some sh*t.

something i could recommend you that will get loud is an Fi Audio product.... probably the SSD. www.ficaraudio.com dont know if you could get one behind the seats.... maybe.

I was about to say larsy had one behind his seat then I saw your post lol.

If you "really want to beat the block" as you stated in your first post you will need to go ported and have either several woofers behind the seat since you have limited space or one big woofer in between your seats since you will have a little more space to work with.

I chose the latter and am very pleased with it. Just make sure you have the amp to push whatever you choose.
