Yeah all my gauges. Are blue and it would be nice to hard wire in a blue radar detector

Valentine 1 with out question!!!!! I LOVE mine! They are pricy but the directional arrows are VERY useful!!!! You know where the threat is, when you pass it, or if you even need to worry about it. Its awesome! Valentine has a program if you buy a V1 from the company and a new technology (ie new radar band, frequency etc) comes out you can sent it back to them and for $150 they will rebuild, mod, or just give you a new one that includes the new bands. Its a great deal I think for something that works as well as it does.

On the highway mine will pick up threats MILES away. I figure when it goes off with a weak signal I usually see the boggie about a miniute later. If im doing 75 and the threat is doing 60-75 coming twards me that puts him well over a mile away from me. Great product!

If you want to be completely safe you have to run a radar detector along with a laser jammer, unfortounately even the top of the line detectors wont pick up a laser in time for you to slow down, because in most cases once it picks up your getting pinged the damage is done....

Ive never owned a radar detector... I wanna get one but have no clue where to begin. I think $400 is a bit ridiculous for a detector but idk.
