If you're just wanting to play music from your phone. Any Bluetooth enabled head unit should be able to do it. Bluetooth doesn't care if it's IOS, droid, Windows Phone, or anything else that has Bluetooth.

You know whats funny is I have been looking into this. I cannot find something reasonable that has the app feature that the others have for iOS. I personally don't think that is very fair for them to favor iOS but whatever.

I will use the Bluetooth audio for now until something gets better. As for now, I am going to get this head for the truck. I like it; seems clean, fast and just all around nice and won't break the bank.

The problem with bluetooth, is the range, if you leave your phone on the console, or in a cup holder, you're fine. You start to get static if it's in a pocket though.

The new line of JVC's double-din's feature Pandora streaming from Android. I've got an Alpine, and it will only support iphone's in that area. Check into them. I wish I could give you an honest, hand's-on opinion, but I've been out of the audio scene for almost a year now, so I can't say how well they're put together.
