Is there anyway to delete factory chime on 05 Silvy,I installed an amp,and now when the reminders seatbelt, etc. chimes it is so f@#$%^&* Loud it makes me sick,Help if there is any,Oh yea factory 6disc radio,really don't wanta give it up for an aftermarket..........

I remember a TSB, we were able to use a Tech 2, in the BCM, to lower the volume of the chime. You know anybody with a Tech 2?

GM dealer scan tool. Other shops/mechanics can buy them also.
