Default Relocating PCM

I'm currently in the process of cleaning up all the factory wiring and relocating my PCM out of the way. Is there any factory wiring that should not be extended? I didn't think so, but I wanna make sure especially for the coil packs, and injectors.
thanks.

As long as the resistance isn't dramatically increased there shouldn't be an issue.

i relocated mine inside the cab. if you take the factory loom and tape off you can get quite a bit of slack. the only think I had to extend were the alternator and throttle body.
