O2 Simulator
#1
I have a 2005 5.3L Silverado and I want to install a o2 simulator...What colour(color) are the wires on the sensor. The Signal wire? The +12 wire? The ground? and Heater Signal wire? I've looked on the net and asked a guy at a dealer ship. No Help there. Thanks

crap, i can't remember. what is there, 2 whites, a black, and a grey? grey is the O2 sensor signal. i don't remember if the 2 whites are ground or both sides of the heater. or if the black and one white is ground or the black is 12 v. and for the heater, it will have the 12 v and a ground. and polarity doesn't really matter on it.
i can try and explain it. i know 1 is the sensor signal. 1 is to be grounded because it is a "shield" to ground out current induction on the signal wire. then the heater needs a + and -. you can take a dmm and check resistances and continuety to find your 2 heater wires and stab it into the wires with your truck running and your voltages or no voltages will tell you the rest.
i know it's not exactly what you needed. but if you don't dig anything else up, at least this should help you be able to figure it out.

the colors I believe are tan/white, ppl/white, black, pink for bank 1 and tan, ppl, black, pink for bank 2 I think that black and pink are for the heater, black being ground, pink being heater signal. I think the tan and ppl ones are your signal(ppl) and +12(tan). I'm also not to sure on this but it might help you.
