Question Need Help With Sticky Fuel Guage

i have a FACTORY PERFOMANCE PRODUCTS escalade gauge cluster in my 2002 silverado. The fuel gauge is sticky and jumpy. If i hit the cluster it will jump to the right position its supposed to be. i tryed putting the stock cluster back in and it worked great. And i cant seem to find the web site for the makers of this product??? So any help would be great. Thanks

if your factory cluster did the same thing i would say its the sending unit in your fuel tank but since it doesnt......sounds like a bad gauge cluster....
