Default Low electrical power

my electrical system runs on 14 volts when running, so it leads me to believe that my alternator is in good health, but when i roll up my windows, i can hear my walbro 255lph accessory fuel pump whine at a quieter and deeper tone as if there is more load on it, especially if any other accessories are on such as the heater or headlights. When my engine is off my windows are slower than snot, and regardless of the engine running, they creak and pop when going up or down. What is the problem here? Alternator? Battery? window motors? bad ground?

Sounds like weak battery, could be anything. Recommend starting with a proper charging/starting system test from a shop.
