Default Loudest, crisp equalizer setting with bass?

I have a Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD with focal 6" speakers and a Memphis s-class 10". i want the clearest equalizer setting so i can play my rap/rock music as loud and crisp as i can set my stereo to along with a strong bass. any setting suggestions?

I usually set my settings and the settings of the cars I work on with the volume at about 3/4 of the way up (or turned up as loud as you can stand it). This way you should never have a problem blowing the speakers or the sub.

How many bands does the Pioneer have to tune with?? If you are asking what to set each band to that is just going to be what sounds best to you.
