I just bought some LED turn signal mirrors (Glass only) that I am installing on my truck this week. I have the same power mirrors as I am just adding the LED glass piece and not the whole mirror assembly. I remember someone saying they had some tips on how to install such as separating the mirror housing without breaking the plastic tabs. Any tips that can be shared would be appreciated so I can save time and avoid any problems.

you should be able to pivot the glass and reach the tabs to release them with a flat blade screwdriver. Once you're done, i'd be interested in seeing the pics of them. I am thinking about picking a set up, I am just not sure how they will look compared to the stock led mirrors.
