i was just wondering how i should wire up these subs and tune them with this amp, i have both in my truck and wanto get it as close as i can to what it should be set at.

You will have to look at your JVCs stereo diagram & see if it provides a Subwoofer only output or see if you'll need to run a crossover to eliminate all but the low frequencies from reaching the Subwoofer.

if you want to properly set your gain you'll need an oscilloscope. As for the subs, wire the voice coils in parallel, and then the subs in parallel. That will yield a 1 ohm load to that memphis amp which is rated to deliver 1000 watts rms to the pair.
