What HIDs are everyone running? I've tried eBay cheapie, carhidkits.com which were ok, but now failing.i want some that are extremely bright and will last more than 6 months

The retro fit source has awesome quality HIDS or I've bought 2 sets from VVME.com.
I had 1 set of ballasts last 4 years and 3 minnesota winters in my car without an issue, I always had a relay harness too.

im on spencers premiums and they haven't given me one problem for nearly 2 years.
expensive as hell but lifetime warranty is good.

What dash lighting you have?
akdg87, what cree bulbs did you use and where did you buy them?
Now that my truck no longer sucks oil I'm willing to spend some $$$ on it and being able to see at night is next on the list.
Man it sucks when the peepers start to go! But, my night vision has never been my strong fit!
