Default head unit on ebay

I'm looking at a head unit on ebay that is selling (at least right now) pretty dam cheap because it was a display model. It says it comes with everything except for 'mounting hardware.' Is this referring to a couple screws or is it something that is more specific. Could i get it somewhere else? I know this is kind of a retarded post but time is winding down and i dont want to waste my money or miss a good deal.

Its probably missing the sleeve that attaches to your Dash kit and holds the radio in since most places leave those in and just pull the radio out and swap... Very Important IMO... But, they can be found anywhere... What radio is it?

even if it is missing the sleeve, screws etc.... those parts can be easily ordered from the manufacturer of that radio for not much $$

if it is a name brand sold at best buy and you know anybody that works at one they can get one from the install bay. i worked there and we had 50 or 60 sleeves from the various brands we sold....in your case the sleeve + dash kit is all you need to put the radio in your dash....

thanks for the help guys, i did not win it. it was a pioneer 7900, it sold for about $220 which is a really good deal but I wanted a chance to compare the alpine 9885, blaupunkt hamburg, and the pioneer in person (mainly hooking up my ipod and seeing which i like best). I was only willing to get an exceptional deal since i would have been buying it 'blind' (not having seen it or its competition in person).
