factory stereo people
#1
I am installing my factory stereo back into my truck due to my kenwood having issues that need to get fixed. However, the last time i had this thing in, i must have messed up the theft deterrent on it! so it says inop, which means inoperable. i read the owners manual and it says leave the key on for an hour to reset it. is there a quicker way. i need to get this swap out done before the rain comes and my son wakes up. can i pull a fuse or something. beat on it, throw it on the ground to make it work faster????

well i wish it was that simple. now my kenwood won't work.
it won't let me put a code in. the book says to turn the key on and let the radio reset for an hour. well i did that and it didn't work. guess i'll ride with a boom box for a while
